• In original packaging with all protective materials intact

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Hair Accessories that have been removed from original packaging
• Gloves that show signs of wear
• Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

2. Receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions
3. Package your items carefully in the original packaging
4. Ship your return to our distribution center

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Please mark your return as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
