Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your Urban Motion pieces fit perfectly into your wardrobe and lifestyle.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original condition with tags attached
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original packaging with all protective materials intact
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Step-by-Step Return Process

1 Initiate Your Return

Start by contacting our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Receive Return Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.

3 Package Your Items

Carefully pack your items in the original Urban Motion packaging. Include the original receipt or order confirmation copy. Securely seal the package.

4 Ship Your Return

Ship your return to our distribution center at:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

• Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
• Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for your replacement items.

International Returns

As we serve customers globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions), please note:

• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
• Please mark your return as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
